Do know how to cut your vegatables? It seems I didn’t! Example:

Stand the trimmed pepper on the cutting board. Support the pepper with your right hand. Using a chefs knife held with a pinch grip in your left hand, make a cut all the way through the flesh on one side of the pepper just to the left of a rib. Make the cut the full length of the pepper. Next, lay the pepper on its side on the board Hold the pepper in place with your right hand. With the blade of the chefs knife positioned parallel to the board cut through each of the ribs while, at the same time, unrolling the pepper. Discard the seeds and core.

Two men have spent six months eating 350 Easter eggs….

During the course of their 10-year careers, Jeff and Rahul estimate they have eaten their way through a whopping 6,000 eggs and 4,000 boxes of chocolate, the majority of which have been tried at this time of year.

I feel sick…

Two men eat 350 Easter eggs

If max power can cook this recipe, then so can you! This Garlic chicken dish was very tasty indeed! Garlicy and cheesy, Max choose to serve it over some linguine with an alfredo sauce. Here is the recipe (originally found at allrecipes.com):

What you need:
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

What you do with it:

  • 1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees F.
  • 2. Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavours. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Alternatively, cut the chicken up into bite size chunks before dipping. Regardless, place in a shallow baking dish/ cookie sheet, the important thing is that it is shallow.
  • 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink.

It is very tasty.
