I’ve been using the Subscribe to Comments plugin (by Mark Jaquith of txfx.net) for quite some time. Recently, I got to wondering how many people where actually using it on my site. I poked around for awhile and found a simple script that generated a list of users and their subscriptions (again from Mark). While it does the job of reporting who is subscribed to what, I felt that I could improve it (if only slightly).

Dash Note

Presenting, Dash-Note, a plugin for WordPress. Dash note adds a post-it note to your wordpress dashboard allowing you to write short notes to yourself. It also lists all drafts you are working on. Sociable

My first complete plugin, Sociable creates a set of icons at the bottom of a post that allow you to quickly bookmark the current page at a number of social bookmarking sites (Digg, Del.icio.us, blink, furl, etc.). Since it was my first WordPress plugin (and probably the second piece of code outside of QBASIC) it wasn’t written very elegantly. But it worked!
